By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. Terms are subject to change.

I reserve the right to decline, cancel and refund your commission at any time.

Contact me through DMs on my social media accounts or email, or commission me through my Ko-Fi.

I will update you on each stage of the commission, but you may contact me at any time on the status of your commission or place in the queue, or you may visit my Trello.

We may discuss a deadline for the commission, if you need one.

Payment is done through Paypal & Ko-Fi. Please specify which you prefer. GBP (£) only.

I take full payment upfront, after accepting your commission request.

I may include an extra commission fee if the character design or background is very complex, if many edits are requested or large revisions requested in the final stages of the commission. Please request all edits as early as possible in the commission process and try to keep them in one large request, rather than drawn out. At any point when I offer edits or remakes of concepts, this is implying there is no fee and you are free to request without worry of a fee. This is very rare and if there is a need for this fee - it will be discussed.

I do not offer refunds for any completed commission work.

Refund amounts are dependant on the process stage of the commission and will be discussed. For example, if a commission is half-way done (generally this would be completed lineart without colour), then a 50% refund would be the most likely option.

I reserve the rights to my work * that does not involve character rights transfers (such as illustrations).

Illustration commissions are for personal use only.

Illustrations for commercial use will be discussed as there will be a commercial fee added depending on the commission type, size, and usage. Illustrations for commercial use MUST be declared upon commission acceptance and payment.

You may reupload your commission anywhere you would like, but please credit me where you can. A simple "commission by 01alxg" (or @01alxg if on instagram, twitter, tumblr or bluesky) is perfect.

If you are NOT the owner of the commission, you may NOT reupload it or use it for any reason (such as icons or banners) without explicit permission from the original commissioner. You may use my personal artwork for icons, banners, and wallpapers as long as it is for personal usage.

I have the right to post completed commissions wherever I wish to and use them as examples for future commissions, UNLESS you ask me during the commission process to keep the commission private.
